Description
The Schecter Avenger FR SLS Elite Evil Twin electric guitar has looks that could kill with its satin black top and rusty grey back and side finish. The neck is built from 7-ply maple/walnut/Padauk and has been shaped to an ultra-thin profile for high-velocity soloing, as well as reinforced with carbon fiber rods for extra stability. Specially contoured to allow easy access to the upper frets, the neck is joined via neck-through construction to the swamp ash body with ivory binding. Its 12-16 compound radius ebony fingerboard is outfitted with 24 stainless steel extra-jumbo frets that facilitate effortless string bending and the 25.5 scale neck gives the ideal amount of string tension to accommodate lower tunings.
Featuring a full range of tonal possibilities, the Schecter Avenger FR SLS Elite includes a calibrated set of Fishman Fluence Modern humbuckers, push-pull master Volume and master Tone controls and a 3-way pickup selector switch. Rounding out the black hardware are Grover tuners and a Floyd Rose 1500 bridge that will stabilize tuning and withstand any shredding you dish out. Optional SGR-2A case sold separately.
